He was right!RandomGoodsVintagehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14317323644521053174noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5346206257426952061.post-13737047016551212812014-11-05T22:49:22.020-08:002014-11-05T22:49:22.020-08:00Aw, that is beautiful! And PinkCheetah, I've also read people were skinny because the food was more nutritious (not factory farmed) so people ate less and were more satiated. The crap food is also a good explanation ;)

My family was nuts and unconventional as well...that's why I'm the crazy-ass I became. My mom's free swearing and used to throw things at my dad to piss him off while giggling like a kid. She'd throw the remote at his head while doing the "Xena yell" for starters...yes, much insanity in my household. :DVanessahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00445764937751339633noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5346206257426952061.post-8045037685278271242014-10-20T09:34:30.197-07:002014-10-20T09:34:30.197-07:00Everyone was so skinny back then because...well ha...Everyone was so skinny back then because...well have you seen the recipes in the cookbooks back then? My mom also did this weird fashion show, where she had some sort of blue fountain hair...I couldn't find that pic. I love the cat glasses! Does she still have them tucked away? My mom had the beehive thing one time, but then a june bug beetle flew into it and she ripped it apart...and that was the end of that style! Haha.RandomGoodsVintagehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14317323644521053174noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5346206257426952061.post-47614969492424661572014-10-18T18:54:22.407-07:002014-10-18T18:54:22.407-07:00OMG I love this post - that is some trippy picture...OMG I love this post - that is some trippy picture of your Mom's face all painted up though. I was born in 1969 and instead of hippies my Mom was that woman with the torpedo bra (you know, the gigantic cone ones) bee hive hairdo and cats eye glasses. I must dig out some pictures some day. Sorry they are no longer with you thoughCheapchickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15158208632054014311noreply@blogger.com
